There are 4 main elements of a good cold storage, which are agreed upon in all the world literature.
Isolation, Volume Sufficient for Needs, Storage Suitable for the Product to be Stored, Suitable Cooling System.
Amongst the above-mentioned elements for a good storage system, appropriate isolation and appropriate cooling system are indispensable requirements. Although various materials have been used until today for isolation purposes, it has been agreed for the last 10 years that the most suitable material is panels having polyurethane fillings.
In our country where the cost of energy is quite high, if appropriate isolation has not been made in a cold storage, even if the best device is used, the anticipated efficiency and conditions cannot be obtained and cost of operation increases.
Taking this fact into consideration, TERMODİZAYN offers you a cooling system that will provide the most appropriate isolation and cooling along with the panels that are developed especially for cold storage.
HOW TO USE COLD STORAGE IN A MORE ADVANTEGOUS MANNER
Attention should be paid so that the products, which are going to be stored together, are not products that will have effects on each other.
Stocking should be done by using shelves in order to ensure good air ventilation in the room. In case of loading by way of palettes, a space of at least 15 cms should be left from the walls and a space of at least 10 cms should be left in between the palettes.
The door should not be left open unless needed and it should be opened and closed as few as possible. PVC curtains should be used on the doors. The height of loading should be at most 20 cms lower than the cooler (refrigerator).
If there are any frozen products being kept inside, in order to prevent imbalance of air when the door is opened, formation of a pre-cooling chamber is among the appropriate solutions.
Cold Storages that are composed of industrial cold chamber panels offer the possibility of keeping for a long time the food fresh and natural in a healthy and hygienic ambiance without spoiling for and are at the forefront of the preservation systems accepted in the modern world.
Industrial cold storages are also the most ideal choice in keeping the chemical and medical products under suitable conditions.
All Cold Chambers are manufactured in varying panel thicknesses in 4 different temperature intervals.
| Description | Degrees | Panel Thickness |
|
| Cool Chamber | (+6/+16°C) | 50-60 mm |
| Cold Chamber | (-3/+6°C | 60-80-100mm |
| Frost Chamber | (-18/-25°C) | 120-150 mm |
| Shock Chamber | (-35/-40°C) | 150-180-200 mm |
