FRIGO (ICE-CREAM) TRUCK VEHICLE BODIES

Kit Technology
They are produced according to European norms and using high technology at factories, by using Kit (demount) technology.

By using Kit technology assembly is quickly made and the truck is delivered within a very short time. The fabricated pre-dyed galvanised sheet used in internal and external surfaces is guaranteed against corrosion. It is lighter since it has been produced by using Kit (demount) technology. The lightness of the truck's body provides fuel economy and increases load carriage capacity of the vehicle. As isolation material, polyurethane having a density of 40 - 42 kg/m³, which has the least thermal transmittance, is used. Superior thermal isolation is ensured by using the polyurethane injection technology under pressure.

Advantages of Production by Using KİT (Disassembly) Technology;
- Easy assembly,
- Short body delivery time,
- Possibility to form up a wide dealer network by virtue of the serial and standard production technology,
- Much lighter than competitors' bodies,
- provides economy from fuel because of its lightness,
- Increased load carriage capacity,
- Superior thermal isolation.

Frigo Bodies
It provides excellent thermal isolation by virtue of homogeneous polyurethane density and superior thermal isolation performance obtained as a result of using pressure and sensitive injection technology...

Panel thickness ranges between 50 mm or 80 mm. They show excellent performance between +4°C and18°C depending on the products. With various accessories that are placed in the bodies, it can be possible to locate and move the products differently.

It is suitable for transporting heavy cargo.
It has been isolated in an environmentally friendly manner.
It is smooth and has an hygienic surface.
It has a nice appearance and robust with imported hardware.
These bodies are economic and have long durability.
As isolation material, polyurethane having a density of 40-42 kg/m3 with the least thermal transmittance has been used (λ0,0185 kCal/mK).
Impermeability components having high quality has been used in doors (rubber door fuses).
Uniting technology which does not allow heat transfer has been used at panel uniting points.
In hook and rail systems, support profiles used for reinforcing the structure of the truck body have been isolated in order to prevent thermal bridges.

Insulated Bodies
Insulated bodies which are produced for transportation of products that need to be transported at a specific temperature have been designed so as to serve with a wider perspective in the transportation sector. They have an internal and external structure that have been designed carefully and at high quality; they are durable, light and have an insulation system that protects the transported products from external factors at high level; they provide efficient, healthy and economic use...

Panel Thickness: 30 mm,
There exist heat bridges,
There is obligation to use air conditioning,
It allows carriage of products at suitable conditions (bread, legumes, textile, etc),
High quality internal and external structure, by virtue of insulation system which protects against external factors, they are strong, economic and durable bodies.
Superior thermal insulation performance obtained by applying pressure and using sensitive injection technology. Homogeneous polyurethane density,
Usage of high-quality impermeability components (rubber door fuses).
