THERMODESIGN Modular Cold Storages are cold storages that do not require any accessories such as profiles, riveting for assembly purposes and that are ready for assembly and are composed of modular panels. THERMODESIGN cold storages are formed up of regular preservation chambers with modular panels having a thickness of 80 mm (± 5°C), frost preservation chambers with modular panels having a thickness of 120 mm (-23°C).
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Wall/Ceiling Panels: Impermeable panels that are connected to each other with locks; in-between two sheets, polyurethane at 42 density (±2) has been injected. Surface material can be chosen as polyester, PVC or CrNi depending on the wish.
Floor Panels: They are composed of panels that are connected to each other with locks, polyurethane injected panels with 42 (±2) density into imported plywood sub surface galvanised sheet in the thickness of 10 mm within the chamber. Floor panels have a capacity of diffuse load in the amount of 2.000 kg/m2.
Doors: Frost preservation chamber doors are resistant against freezing and are isothermal and no wooden materials have been used. The doors have rising hinges, with a net passage of 80x190 cm made up of the same surface material as the panel. The locks are made in Europe. The doors have the feature of opening from the inside when locked.
THERMODESIGN Modular Cold Storages are actually modular cold storages with easy assembly features, and ergonomic use.
