PANELS

Along with the technological developments, the importance of preservation of foods under appropriate conditions has been understood. The most important two factors in the preservation of foods are formation of cooling equipments and cold storage. Two major points that should be taken care of at the time of formation of cold storage are materials having high isolation power and hygienic surface material. The most ideal material having the necessary high isolation power is polyurethane. PVC or polyester coated galvanized sheets that are used as surfacing material give the desired hygienic results and easy-to-clean surfaces.

Cold chamber panels are obtained at the time of fabrication by injecting polyurethane under high pressure. At the time of production of the panels, through the locks mantled to the panel, cold chamber panels become prefabricated and easily mountable structures. Today, in all industrial facilities that use contemporary technology, cold storages are formed by using prefabricated panels.

The prefabricated sandwich panels containing polyurethane fillings that are used in Termodizayn cold storages are the most ideal materials in that give excellent results in heat isolation by virtue of their technical characteristics, durability, and easiness of assembly. Wall and ceiling panels are produced by injecting polyurethane between two sheets in the thickness of 0.50 mm on both sides having a density of 40 kg/m3 (±%5). External materials can be chosen as;
PVC - PVC
PVC - Galvanize
Polyester - Galvanize
Polyester - Polyester sheet

depending on the wish and field of use.

Wall and ceiling panels are produced in 2 types; either flat and with trapezium.

Floor panels; internal surface has a thickness of 12 mm, surface layers are made up of authentic birch, non-slip, does not keep humidity, hygienic and practical, easy maintenance possibility, upper part dark brown, hexagonal texture, ahs a density of 240 gr/m2, phenolic resin laminate coated plywood; external surface has a thickness of 0,50 mm, hot-dipping, galvanize sheet. Floor panels have a flat diffuse load carriage capacity of 3.000 kg/m2.
